Deployment Strategist & Enterprise AI Architect – Enterprise Solutions
The Deployment Strategist & Enterprise AI Architect — known as "The Business Translator" — is the high-level consultant and solution architect who bridges executive leadership and technical execution. You sit with the client's C-suite (CEOs, CTOs, Chief Risk Officers, VPs of Operations, Chief Digital Officers) to uncover where AI can move financial metrics, translate complex business requirements into engineering blueprints, and drive organizational adoption.
Unlike traditional consultants who deliver PowerPoint decks, you are responsible for end-to-end transformation — from opportunity identification through deployment and change management. You embed with client business leads to map operational bottlenecks, design executive dashboards, define system architectures, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable ROI. You are the trusted advisor who ensures clients achieve lasting value from their Enterprise AI investments.
This role requires a unique blend of management consulting discipline, technical product architecture expertise, high business/financial literacy, and exceptional executive communication skills. You will work across Apexone's flagship platforms — Digital Banking, Apexium CEX, Universal Loyalty Ecosystem, Smart Manufacturing, and Smart City — architecting AI solutions that transform industries and empower communities.

Core Responsibilities
Key Role Objectives:
A. Workflow Discovery & Opportunity Mapping
Operational Bottleneck Identification: Embed with client business leads to map operational workflows, identify pain points, and uncover high-impact opportunities for AI intervention.
Executive Dashboard Design: Design "God's-eye view" executive dashboards — similar to 01.AI's Boss AI model — that provide real-time visibility into operational performance, KPIs, and business outcomes.
AI Opportunity Assessment: Conduct systematic assessments of business processes to identify where AI can generate maximum impact — cost reduction, revenue growth, risk mitigation, or customer experience improvement.
Financial Impact Modeling: Quantify the financial impact of AI opportunities — including ROI projections, cost savings estimates, and revenue uplift forecasts — to build compelling business cases for executive investment.
Value Realization Roadmap: Develop phased roadmaps that sequence AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness — ensuring quick wins that build momentum.
B. System Architecture & Ontology Design
Domain Ontology Definition: Define how the client's operational objects — such as merchant tiers, account risk profiles, transaction queues, customer segments, or production assets — are mapped into predictable, computable data structures for AI agents.
Data Architecture Blueprint: Design the data architecture that underpins AI capabilities — including data sources, ingestion patterns, storage, vector databases, and API layers.
Integration Architecture: Define how AI capabilities integrate with existing client systems — ERP, SCM, WMS, CRM, core banking, payment systems, SCADA, or legacy databases.
Scalability & Extensibility: Design architectures that scale with client growth and extend to future use cases — avoiding re-architecture as AI capabilities expand.
C. Executive Relationship & Engagement
Stakeholder Management: Manage C-suite stakeholder expectations — defining success metrics, reporting progress, managing scope, and ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives.
Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling executive presentations — including strategy decks, business cases, roadmap presentations, and value realization reports.
Weekly Release Demos: Run weekly release demos for client leadership — showcasing progress, gathering feedback, and building confidence in AI capabilities.
ROI Tracking: Establish frameworks for tracking and reporting ROI against business case projections — ensuring clients see measurable value from their AI investments.
Steering Committee Leadership: Chair or participate in client steering committees — managing scope, approvals, and strategic trade-offs.
D. Change Management & User Adoption
Organizational Change Strategy: Develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption of new AI capabilities across client organizations.
User Training: Train client teams on new AI capabilities — including hands-on workshops, documentation, and ongoing support.
Operational Runbooks: Write operational runbooks that guide client teams on how to use, maintain, and troubleshoot AI systems.
Adoption Friction Removal: Identify and remove internal adoption friction — addressing concerns about job displacement, trust in AI outputs, and integration with existing workflows.
User Feedback Integration: Establish feedback loops that capture user sentiment, feature requests, and friction points — incorporating insights into the product roadmap.
Culture Shift Enablement: Enable clients to build a data-driven culture — shifting from intuition-based decision-making to AI-augmented decision-making.
E. Technical Governance & Quality Assurance
Architecture Review: Lead architecture reviews to ensure AI solutions meet technical standards, security requirements, and performance SLAs.
Quality Assurance: Establish quality gates and testing frameworks that ensure AI solutions are reliable, accurate, and safe for production use.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI deployment — including model bias, hallucinations, security vulnerabilities, and regulatory non-compliance.
Best Practice Sharing: Share best practices across client engagements — building Apexone's intellectual property and delivery methodology.
F. Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement
Pre-Sales Support: Support pre-sales activities — including opportunity identification, proposal development, client presentations, and technical demonstrations.
Solution Design: Lead solution design for complex client engagements — defining scope, architecture, implementation approach, and commercial model.
Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate with technology partners, system integrators, and consultants to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to Apexone's thought leadership — including white papers, blog posts, webinars, and industry presentations on Enterprise AI.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise architecture, or technical product leadership
