Shan is a financial advisor with specialized experience in banking instruments, trade financing facilities, mine acquisitions, and mine financing. Appointed as CEO of Gains Capital and Mining Resources Inc in Wyoming since 2019, he specializes in mine acquisition and financing through leveraging Safe Keeping Receipts (SKR). His expertise in raising capital for various mine operations and acquisitions, combined with his deep understanding of trade financing and banking instruments, strengthens Apex's investment strategies and financial structuring capabilities for large-scale infrastructure and resource projects.
